High Quality, Compassionate Endodontic Care in Myrtle Beach

I went to Myrtle Beach Endodontics with an abscess in one of my teeth, from the beginning I received excellent service from the front staff all the way through till I walked out of the door. I cannot say enough great things about Dr.Crosby, he has great patient care and kept me well informed throughout the entire procedure. He is the first Doctor I’ve ever had that called me at home on the weekend to ask how I was doing and always answered any concerns I had. I have not had great experiences with previous dental procedures so I am very cautious when it comes to any dental work but I have no anxiety or worry when I come to have anything done here. I have seen Dr.Berry previously and requested to come back to this office when I found out I needed another root canal done. I highly recommend Dr.Crosby to anyone who may need a root canal or any procedure in the future, him and his staff were all so kind and helpful!

Wow, the doctor and staff are just incredible!  They are so knowledgeable and professional, but they have fun as well. Dr. Byington is a perfectionist  and very patient.  Olivia, what can I say, so detailed, so friendly, showed and discussed in detail everything before and during the procedure.  You should NEVER consider any other Endodontics practice.  Every staff member goes out of their way to take care of you.  Wow, just WOW

I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Berry and his staff. I was a mess going in for my first root canal but the experience from start to finish was anything but painful even the novocaine surprisingly wasn’t the horror story it usually is. Thanks 1000 times and God bless! The most pleasant dental experience I’ve ever had.

Dr. Berry is absolutely phenomenal and his staff is outstanding. I walked in nervous and in A LOT of pain. When he numbs you you don’t even feel the pinch of the needle he’s that amazing. I left somewhat smiling (I couldn’t feel my face from the Novocain LOL) and definitely in less pain. If you want the best on the beach Dr. Berry is the man to see I called him a magician because he works magic.

Probably the best dental experience I have ever had..and it was for a root canal! (My first root canal ever). I was so nervous, but Dr. Berry and Ms. Kim made me feel completely at ease. They were great at explaining everything to me and took the time to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend Dr. Berry!! The entire office staff was so friendly and just simply amazing!

I can't express my gratitude enough to Dr Crosby, his wife, and all of their colleagues in the office and out! These wonderful people are meant to help the hopeless like myself. Though they couldn't do the procedure I ultimately needed they were able to curb my unbearable pain, called in a favor and got me into an Oral Surgeon next day. I truly believe these folks saved my life just by taking the time to hear me and see me.  I was very defeated when I arrived and realized I found my silver lining here! Thank you all so much!

Best root canal experience by Dr Crosby. He explains everything and I had 2 root canals done & I was so nervous going in. Dr. Crosby is my go to for future root canals & I have alot root canals in past..and I dnt give compliments easily. He is worth it!!

The best Endodontist around! Takes the time to listen and discuss options with his patients. Dr. Crosby is extremely responsive and caring and fantastic with kids.

I went to deal with Dr. Crosby at the Arcadian office Park in Myrtle Beach. Hands down an incredible experience dealing with him and his staff. Everybody was very professional and attentive to the patients, no sitting for hours in the waiting room and most of all a very painless procedure, being such a concerning doctor that he is give a 24 hour number if you have any additional pain or issues to reach out to them. You don’t find that kind of service anywhere today….

I personally am looking forward to going back in a few weeks to get my second post/root canal done at his office. The level of pain I have endured is absolutely zero. Hats off to that whole entire staff… it’s very hard to find a good, trusting, and concerning dentist. After years living here my searches now over.

I was referred to Dr. Crosby by my friend. I called the office and explained what I had going on. Jessica was very professional, polite, and concerned she took my information and scheduled my appointment. (Prompt)

My first visit with Dr. Crosby was my consult he was very detailed, professional, and prompt!  My second visit was the procedure (root canal) again he was very detailed in explaining everything about the root canal. In town on vacation with tooth pain that got worse upon arrival.  Called them on a monday morning, they saw me same day for eval, got me antibiotics which relieved the pain tremendously in 24 hours. Was able to get in for root canal procedure with Dr. Byington 2 days later and the procedure was near painless other than the discomfort associated with holding your mouth open.

The office staff is uber professional and friendly.  They do a great job communicating everything to you.  Communicate with your home dentist on what they did so your follow up back home goes well.

Would strongly recommend coming here if you're in dire need of a root canal procedure.  The office is immaculate and clean.  You feel like you're getting the best care, because you are.

I would recommend this office to anyone. Everyone is so nice and patient. I have severe anxiety with any dental procedure--even cleanings. I chose to be sedated for my root canal and Jessica was amazing. She answered all of my questions and eased my anxiety. Dr. Crosby did a great job, I had no pain after.

I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Byington. He took the time to explain the procedure to me and answered all of my questions. He was professional, patient and kind. Before coming to this office I had such anxiety about root canals due to past experiences at another practice. After talking with Dr Byington I felt at ease. His assistant,Olivia ,was kind and knowledgeable and put my fears at ease as well. I was not in pain during the procedure. The Dr and Olivia kept checking on my comfort during the procedure. The root canal went well.Dr. Byington was able to save my tooth . I am so thankful. The office called the next day to check on me. The staff was kind and professional. The office was clean and welcoming. I am new to the area and I am so happy to have found this practice. I highly recommend it.

I couldn’t be happier!! I’ve lived here all of my life and the problem with that is there comes a point where your doctors retire. Having to find a new doctor can be nerve wracking and scary. I have to say being a new patient of Dr Crosby has been a great experience! The staff here, every single one of them, are delightful and very professional! I am writing this review of Dr Berry, his assistant, Deanna, & the office staff. I brought my Dad who is 95, a WWII veteran & blind, in to have a root canal. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, & courteous. My Dads procedure was painless & every effort was made to explain what was being done, & what to expect after root canal. Medications were sent to the pharmacy in case they might be needed. All was explained to my Dad & to me as well as written directions . Very professional. Thank you for making this experience pleasant.

I'm not sure where to begin sharing the absolutely satisfying experience I just went through at Myrtle Beach Endodontics the afternoon. The professionalism of the entire staff, was exemplary. I've never felt so assured that I was going to receive the best treatment possible, despite my unfounded apprehension. A root canal procedure was performed on a troubling tooth that I simply wanted to save. I'd been in tremendous discomfort and pain for several weeks and I received the best care I hadn't expected. I experienced no pain during or even hours after all was done. I would highly recommend anyone seeking urgent dentistry care, to have your dentist refer you to this location. Special thanks to Dr. Byington  and his Assistant Cadie. You were so awesome.

I had a dental emergency and they fit me into the schedule almost immediately. I got treatment two days after my consultation (which is super quick considering I needed a 4 hour treatment!), and Dr. Crosby made a double root canal as comfortable as possible. He listened very carefully to all my concerns, medical history, etc. and my appointments did not feel rushed at all. He and both the assistants that helped me were all extremely kind, attentive, and accommodating of my anxiety. Dr. Crosby was very careful — even the dreaded anesthetic shots in the palate were not too painful at all. SO much easier than when I’ve had the same done elsewhere. Before this I’d been in severe pain for 11 days and even gone to the ER, and I’m so grateful they came in on a weekend just to help me. I’ve been in Myrtle Beach for a couple years and this was by far the best experience of any dental or medical care I’ve received here.

Wow! From the moment you step in to this office, it's a great experience. Beautiful & clean. Fireplace, TV, mini bar with coffee, water, soda (what no margaritas?) After a minimal wait, I am whisked away to see Dr. Byington.

He is a professional from beginning to end. Explained everything in detail.Andrea,his assistant, was a delight.My root canal was quickly taken care of. Top notch dental care. Superb professional service by Dr. Crosby who saved my tooth! He did a very complicated retreat with great success. It is always great when you support a vet the served for us. I am so grateful I was referred to this practice. All staff from phone, check in to check out were excellent... search no more if you need endodontist! The view is amazing as well.

For a person who is terrified of dentists and any kind of dental work being done I am MOST PLEASANTLY SURPRISED to have had the most awesome experience with Dr Crosby and his assistant Katie. I took my 49 year old autistic brother for a consultation for a root canal. I was blown away by how kind and patient the check in, nurses and doctor was. I’m always nervous taking him to new places but they put all my concerns at ease from the beginning of the visit. I highly recommend this office.

I would recommend this place 1000x over! I have the worst anxiety when it comes to anything with dental work. From the moment I walked into their office they put me right at ease. I was blown away! Nicest staff ever! Dr. Byington was awesome! He knew I was nervous about my root canal and he was so thoughtful by letting me know what kind of sounds I would be hearing next during the procedure so there wasn’t any surprises. Hopefully I won’t ever need to have another one done, but in the case I do, I would most definitely go back to them. Thank y’all so much for the genuine kindness y’all provided!
